On November 22, 2024, one of the most anticipated wine events of the year took place at the Heksagon restaurant in Łódź – the Beaujolais Nouveau celebration. This annual tradition sees lovers of French wine celebrate the premiere of the light, fruity Beaujolais Nouveau vintage. This year, the event took on an even more special character with the presence of Polish sparkling wines from DOM JANTOŃ.

The sparkling wines from Wymysłów Francuski perfectly fit the atmosphere of this elegant event, serving as an excellent aperitif. The delicate bubbles and hand-crafted quality of our wines were well received by guests, highlighting that Poland has much to offer in the world of premium winemaking.

The evening was organized by Michał Bald and the Consulate of the French Republic, and we would like to thank them for creating an event full of class, sophistication, and exquisite flavors. It was a unique fusion of French tradition and Polish sparkling wines, which are steadily making their mark on the palates of connoisseurs.
