On February 24, 2025, the first edition of TASTE OF POLAND took place at Ognisko Polskie in London – a unique tasting event featuring Polish wines, craft spirits, and regional products. The event brought together leading figures from the wine industry, importers, sommeliers, experts, and journalists, who had the opportunity to discover the richness of Polish winemaking and artisanal traditions. This was a significant step in promoting Polish wine on the international stage, and for us – DOM JANTOŃ – an incredibly inspiring and exciting experience.

As a family-owned winery specializing in sparkling wines, we were honored to be invited to present our wines at this prestigious event. The opportunity to showcase our offerings to such a wide audience of experts was an invaluable experience for us.
JANCIS ROBINSON’S INTEREST
One of the most significant moments of the event was meeting Jancis Robinson, one of the most influential figures in the global wine industry. Her interest in our sparkling wines is a tremendous honor and a testament to the dynamic growth of Polish winemaking and its emerging recognition on the international stage.
BEATA JANTOŃ LED A MASTERCLASS ON POLISH SPARKLING WINES
Another highlight of the event was the “Polish Sparkling Wines” Masterclass, led by Beata Jantoń. As an expert in sparkling wines with extensive experience in the English wine industry, she had the opportunity to share her knowledge about the history, production, and potential of Polish sparkling wines. The presentation generated great interest among attendees, who were eager to explore the unique characteristics of our wines.
INDUSTRY CONNECTIONS AND NEW OPPORTUNITIES
Taste of Poland proved to be an excellent opportunity to establish valuable connections and discuss the future distribution of Polish wines in international markets. The event was attended by importers, restaurant owners, representatives of the HoReCa industry, and wine journalists. This is a promising step towards further growth and expansion into global markets.
